Mr. Douglas is an accomplished senior finance executive and board-level adviser, offering extensive expertise in listed-company external and management reporting, governance, risk management, and capital allocation. He currently holds the position of Group Finance Director at WPP plc, a prominent FTSE global communications and marketing services group, where he has occupied senior finance roles throughout much of his career. Throughout his professional journey, Nick has directed complex transformation initiatives, enhanced financial controls and oversight, improved group reporting processes, and supported strategic decision-making during periods of volatility and change. He possesses deep knowledge in IFRS reporting, tax and treasury functions, incentive and remuneration structures, and performance management systems. 

Mr. Douglas is a Chartered Accountant (FCA, ICAEW) and holds an MA from Cambridge University.
