Ms. Kagiso is a Pan-African marketing executive with 25 years' experience leading creative, media, and broadcast organisations across South Africa and the continent. She is known for uniting creativity, data, and commercial strategy to build high-performing teams and shape top brands. At The Jupiter Drawing Room, Ms. Kagiso oversaw award-winning work and significant business growth, later redefining commercial models as Chief Marketing Officer in broadcasting. Her leadership spans expanding agency networks, launching hubs in Cairo and Lagos, driving insight-led marketing, and growing major media agencies. 

Ms. Kagiso holds a Master’s in Business Administration. She has served on multiple boards including the Advertising and Communication Association and Effie Awards South Africa, and has participated as a juror at Cannes Lions and Effie Awards. She continues to mentor emerging talent and advocate industry transformation.
